Read the Step-by-Step Guide Below:

Step 1

All you need are: glitters and sequins, card stock that has been pre-cut with a circle , foam tapewhite paper, vellum, and a craft knife.

Let's start shaking!

Step 2

Get your card that has already been pre-cut with a circle in the center. Carefully stick double sided tape around it as seen below.

Also, you do not have to do a circular shape for this one since it's not going to be seen.

Step 3

Stick the vellum over the top making sure that all the sticky bits are covered up.

Step 4

Next is get and trim your foam tape. As you can see, my foam tape is thick as well as deep. So I carefully cut it into half it's width so it can fit better in the card.

Step 5

Peel off both sides of the tape and stick on your cardstock. This allows the foam tape to bend really beautifully all the way round the circle.
Make sure that everything is completely sealed. You can also stretch the tapes a little bit to join them together.

Step 6

Then place your white paper beside the circle as seen below.

Step 7

And for the fun part...add the sprinkles! Mine is a mix of sequins and glitter and I'm loving the shiny colors!

Step 8

Now carefully fold the card over the top, sealing the sprinkles inside.

Isn't that awesome?
This card can be a great get-well card. You just need to add a few embellishments and a sentiment.

As you can see, I've added the words: "I hope you shake that cold"! Isn't that a perfect and witty theme for our shaker card?

I hope you enjoyed this wonderful card making tip! Stay tuned for more upcoming inspiring and creative tips!
